Vice President of Business Development

Bo joined Ambient Biosciences in June 2026 bringing over 25 years of experience in drug & combination product development and technology innovation in the life sciences across multiple technical areas including CM&C, extractables & leachables, medicinal and process development chemistry, sterile fill & finish, sterile injectables, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, immunogenicity, and drug metabolism as well as multiple functional areas including R&D, Operations, Business Development, and Executive Leadership.  Prior to joining Ambient Biosciences, Bo was Chief Commercial Officer at ApiJect Systems where he led the commercialization efforts of a novel drug delivery platform technology.  He’s also served in business development, and leadership roles at IQVIA, Syngene, Eurofins, Nanophase Technologies, and SGS Life Sciences.  Bo received his BS in Chemistry from DePaul University, his MS in Organic Chemistry from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and his MBA from the University of Illinois-Chicago.
